Tu Bishvat

Yavneh Girls celebrated Tu Bishvat by creating a 3D Al Hamichya card with the use of clay, paint and varnish. They were then divided into groups to research the Birkat Mai'ain Shalosh and find out what we are asking for in this Bracha and over which foods it is said.  Any girl who learns Al Hamichya by heart will be rewarded with a voucher for some pizza and an ice coffee in 3 bakers.  
​We were very excited that the primary school taster day coincided with Tu Bishvat so that Year 6 could take part in the creative activity.
